
ARAB FASHION COUNCIL AND FAD DUBAI INSTITUTE ANNOUNCE AED 1.3M SCHOLARSHIP FUND TO EMPOWER THE NEXT GENERATION OF CREATIVES
- Empowering 100 emerging creatives to shape the future of fashion and luxury globally
At the core of the initiative are 100 fully funded scholarships aimed at equipping emerging creatives with the skills, industry exposure, and practical experience required to thrive within Dubai’s rapidly evolving fashion and luxury sectors.
Supporting UAE residents, individuals across the Middle East affected by the regional situation, and international talent, the programme advances accessibility, inclusion, and creative industry growth. Through education and industry-focused learning, it develops future-ready talent and strengthens the city’s fashion and luxury ecosystem.

Scholarship Structure
The programme offers two fully funded study pathways at the FAD Dubai campus, including 50 one-week course scholarships valid across multiple intakes over a 12-month period, as well as 50 three-month course scholarships. The three-month pathway includes enrolment into a programme commencing in June 2026, alongside a fully funded second three-month course redeemable during either the September 2026 or February 2027 intake.
Participants may select from a wide portfolio of programmes across fashion, luxury, styling, communication, business, and creative disciplines, designed to deliver practical, industry-ready learning.The initiative has been designed to offer both physical and digital learning formats in order to expand accessibility across the region and internationally. Of the one-week scholarships, 30 programmes will be conducted physically at the FAD Dubai Campus for UAE residents, while 20 online scholarships will be made available to applicants across Lebanon and other impacted regions beyond Middle East. All three-month programmes will be delivered physically at the FAD Dubai Campus.
Eligibility and Selection
The scholarships are open to applicants aged 16 years and above, including students, graduates, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to enter or transition into the fashion and luxury industries. Applications will be reviewed through an industry-led selection process developed in collaboration with FAD Dubai, the Arab Fashion Council (AFC), and regional industry partners and organisations. Selected participants will receive official certification from FAD Dubai upon successful completion of the programme, including KHDA-attested attendance certification, alongside a joint FAD Dubai x Arab Fashion Council acknowledgement certificate.
While the scholarships fully cover programme tuition fees, flights, visas, accommodation, and living expenses are not included within the initiative.
Application Timeline
Applications officially open on 10 June 2026 and will remain open until 15 July 2026. Selected recipients will be announced on a rolling basis throughout July 2026. Applications and further information are available at www.faddubai.com.
